3rd party booking service an issue Anniversary weekend and looked forward to our trip to the city for shopping and dining. Booked through Hotels.com and pre-paid for a King Room. Hotel let us know at check in that since it was booked through a 3rd party that we would not be able to get a Kind Room. I thought 2 queens might be ok, but we got the single queen which was even smaller. Staff was nice, but nothing they could do.
