Overall Fine Stay A simple extended stay facility in good condition. Location is in an upscale area. Very close to City Hall. I was a bit concerned with the security as I was able to open the ground floor door after I arrived from a dinner engagement near midnight, without any type of pass key.

Needs new mattress. No mattress pad or protector. Bed poorly made!

Mediocre Apartments, not hotel Small, awkward lobby, slow front desk service, the elevator and entire floor smelled of someone smoking, barking dogs, parking lot looked was full of beat up vehicles, looked like people had upgraded from living in their car to staying here. Did not feel like a hotel, more like a semi-nice apartment building. The location was convenient for our needs, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

I would have to rate this property as fair. I chose it for the price--others in the area are definitely more. It is very bare bones--you have to ask for hair dryer, dishware etc. But, that said, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It seems maybe people were cooking some extremely aromatic foods while I was there. Have to decide how important price is to you for the bare bones/decor etc experience.

Will stay again! Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk attendant were absolutely amazing. They created a warm environment for a quick trip to a city I hadn’t been to before.
