Quiet and convenient Room was clean, comfortable and large enough for two. Staff friendly, bed comfortable and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was included but the only healthy option was ready oats, otherwise just muffins and granola bars. Some fresh fruit would have been appreciated.

Budget lodging Fine for a budget hotel. But let's be clear, this was a budget hotel (at least to me). The room above me was very noisy in the night and I could still hear them over the loud A/C. A few details that's helpful to know. The "grab 'n go" breakfast is literally just prepackaged cheap muffins and granola bars and there are no dishes in the room which you would normally expect to find at an extended stay hotel (I suppose you have to ask for them). I'll likely stay elsewhere next time.

We asked for extra things for our room and they were awesome about bringing it to us! Great services, very Cowan & quiet!

Awesome front desk service Art and Maribel are awesome! They’re friendly and went out of their way to get us checked in early. The stay was good. Hotel is in need of some updates and repairs.
