Great value hotel Excellent position if visiting Boeing Factory. Huge clean room with great beds. Downside was that all fittings ( crockery, cutlery, appliances) had been stripped from apartment by management . So continually requesting things from front office. Good points were free parking, guest laundry, lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very basic as an "on the run" affair, but understandable for the price of the accommodation, Would certainly recommend.

Nice Hotel. Underpar Staff The staff had no personality. I understand it was late, but hospitality means smiles and communication. I worked at a hotel for years. When a guest asks for something you don't roll your eyes or ignore them.

Smell of smoke not good The smell of cigarette smoke is a problem in this chain of hotels. It hits you in the elevator, hits you walking along the corridor and creeps in to your non-smoking bedroom. Staff are good and room is clean

Great place to stay I stayed with 3 other people so we booked the room with double beds. The washroom was clean. The pillows were made of feathers! There were 3 chairs in the room, a small table, and even a kitchen. For utensils and a shampoo, you would need to ask the front desk for them. The room was cozy. If you are planning to use the kitchen, Extended Stay America is a good place to try.

Decent hotel but smelled like dog Room had noticeable smell of wet dog, even tho front desk claimed it had not been a dog room for over a year. Shower worked one morning and the next almost no pressure. Front desk did offer to switch rooms, but I made due with the "navy shower", lucky I have short hair.

Spoiled by others rudeness The room was great. Clean and comfortable. Too bad you can't vet your neighboring guests. They were up late and loud. Even after midnight there were many slams of doors. The next morning there was the pungent smell of marijuana smoke. When I said something to the desk clerk, I was reminded that it was now legal. In a non-smoking public place?

Overall great experience The front desk was extremely nice and helpful both nights I stayed. I appreciate how welcoming Clint was both times I dealt with him. The second night I stayed the room wasn't all that clean, found someone's used fake nails next to the bed, but other than that, enjoyed my stay
