Old building but it was ok. The elevator needs an upgrade as well. Waited 5 minutes for it.

Our experience with ESA - Seattle S. Center was OK, in relation to the price paid. Gotta say though: Right off the bat, both my wife and I wandered around for about 10 minutes looking for our assigned room. Directions received from Front Desk Attendant were too vague. "Just take the elevator (whether the elevator was inside or outside = not specified) to 2nd floor. It's right there. Good Staff & Nice Place to stay. Hotel and Place is good as well as the Front Disk Staff. She was very nice and professional in dealing my needs. But the room that is non smoking room smell smoke, the toilet bowl or toilet tank is not working properly. The shower is continuously leaking. Those are the stuff that they need to repair.

The hotel was ok...pretty much average. However, Orbitz had my booking completely screwed up. So, I ended up paying the hotel for another night, and I had to request a refund from Orbitz. Orbitz took care of it, but my reservation should have been handled properly from the beginning.
