Hotel Transportation excellent to the train. I enjoyed the stay. Hotels need to replace carpet and mattresses frequently.

总体满意 酒店位置好找，环境安静，三层有电梯。房间不大但配有餐桌，灶台，微波炉，冰箱方便家庭制作美食，唯一不足离大型超市较远，采购稍不方便。床不是特软的，舒适。

Takin Care Of Yourself In Seattle When you go to this motel remember this is an extended stay which means you are pretty much expected to take care of yourself. While we were there for a week housekeeping checked in on us at least once to see if we needed anything. We did our own laundry at their facility which was very clean and neat, Yes again you had to furnish your own stuff. Overbooked We ended up not staying at this property due to overbooking. We were moved about a mile away to another Extended Stay Hotel. The hotel staff was excellent at diffusing my mild irritation. I had originally booked a double queen, we ended up with a queen and sleeper sofa and no refund. Overall, the stay was fine and the staff agreeable.

overbooked...no rooms Extended Stay off of freeway We were so tired when we arrived from Minnesota,, that when they said there was no room (already had paid for it thru Expedia) it was frustrating. The clerk at the desk had just a faint idea of where the next Extended Stay was. Just down this road is not directions. We finally convinced him to try calling them and we did receive driving directions at that time. End result is that Expedia did refund us our initial costs the next day. Front desk not manned late/early. Had delays checking in and out. Front desk refused to print receipt at check out. Said Expedia would not allow them to print charges. If this is in fact an Expedia rule I shall not use your services again.

Barely acceptable There were bugs in 2 of our 3 rooms. The dishes are not in each room. And one of the rooms had an area just outside where groups of people were sitting, talking loudly and drinking each night.

Not good. It is very disappointed with breakfast. The food is very low quality, and beggarly.
