ショッピングモールに近いホテルですので食事やショッピングには困りません。 従業員はシティーホテルのようにフレンドリーではないです。アパートメント式なのでハウスキーピングは言わないとありませんし、食器やコップ、ドライヤーなども部屋にないのでフロントでもらいます。 気を使いたくない人はいいと思います。シャンプーリンスは持参するほうがいいでしょう。
Convenient, and close to the airport. The cab driver took me to the wrong hotel, even though I made sure I told him Executive Stay America - Southcenter. It was 1:45 a.m and the office was closed. They were fully booked but the manager let me into the office and made arrangements for another cab to take me to the right hotel. She was so sweet and very helpful. Fine place for a place to sleep. The motel was clean, and room was clean. The TV, the shower and Kitchenette worked fine. I was just in town for a work trip so wasn't planning on hanging out in the room or swimming in a pool or spa. I just needed a bed to sleep in and the kitchenette was nice to put some OJ in the fridge and fix a simple breakfast in the morning before hitting the road. There was mold in the shower and a coffee pot should be mandatory in a room. As well as conditioner and lotion.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. A good hotel with quiet surroundings and a safe place to park the car. The staff were nice. The breakfast was definitely "grab 'n' go."

Please fix the exhaust fan! The front desk lady wasn't welcoming . It's like she didn't want to be there. She answered questions as if we were stupid. It's inconvenient to the guests that we had to call the front desk to ask for basic things like hair dryer. The bathroom needs extra lighting. The friggin' exhaust fan was so loud it's annoying. Please fix it. There was only one trash can in the room. Are you kidding? The room was decent. Clean.
Smell Room smelled really bad the the bathroom smelled like mildew good thing I was only there for 11 hours waiting to catch a flight
