Not what we expected-good price the room was very small. the sleeper couch is a single. the "breakfast" is a muffin in a bag and a piece of fruit. price was good but we moved to another hotel to accommodate us better.

The clerk working when I showed up charged my card, even though I had already pre booked and paid through Expedia.

shuttle issues If you plan to stay here, don't depend on a timely shuttle. The hotel shares a shuttle with another property, so you may end up waiting a bit. I had a one hour wait at the airport at arrival, then waited 25 minutes AFTER my appointment time to return to the airport. The staff is very friendly, place is clean, quiet & safe, but they appear to have little control over this service to patrons.

Convenience stores not close by Ongoing maintenance was evident. The room was not clean (kitchenette table was filthy) Also, I reported that the telephone was not working to the front desk on Mon night of my stay. The desk clerk appeared uninterested and she made no effort to write it down or assure me that it would be taken care of. The maintenance man happened to have a need to go in my room, so I mentioned it to him. He immediately took care of the problem.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights in Defc 2011. I really liked the condition of the hotel, cleanliness and the amenites offered. Excellent for the price

西雅图的HOMESTEAD酒店-性价比很高 第一次到美国，感觉这家酒店性价比还是很高的，虽然毗邻高速，但整体环境还是非常安静，床很大，还有迷你厨房，旁边就是7-11，走路十几分钟就是大型的SOUTHCENTER和湿地公园，非常不错的选择！

Homestead Seattle Southcenter The hotel was in a convenient location, and the rate was very good, otherwise I would not have stayed here. I have no complaints about the front desk service, very efficient and friendly. The room was only adequate. The location was very noisy with a freeway and a busy road adjacent to the hotel.

Adequate for the price I was there for the Rock'n Roll Marathon and the hotel was adequate for the purpose, affordable and very close to the start line. Their staff was friendly.
