Exceeded our exspectations On our honeymoon and because we wanted to be able to wash our clothes prior to the 2nd leg of our trip we chose Extended Stay America. It was an excellent choice. We did not end up useing the range but we were happy to have the choice. We chose not to have the room picked up daily which saves a few dollars.
Disappointed airport shuttle has limited hours. Staff was friendly. Room close to the street so a bit noisy with the sounds of cars driving by. Was disappointed that Hotels.com advertises free airport shuttle, however, it is only between the hours of 6am and 9:30pm and will cost about $20 each way if you need to take a cab outside of these hours. Staff is helpful for arranging a cab.
Great stay
OK! I had a bad experience at this hotel because the AC was not working in the room we stayed. They didn't have any other room available and Inez didn't send in the tech to repair the AC like we were promised. However upon checkout I addressed my concern so they gave me compensation. Other than the AC this location is in a good neighborhood. Rooms were nice. Near the mall. I may come back if I am visiting Seattle.
Nice staff. Needs to clean better For the cost I can't complain. Good location. Needs better housekeeping.
hotel stay Over all it was good. Next time I will visit when there not remodeling got wake up to early from it.

Convenient :-) Most of the staff esp. Cora were very helpful. Wish this place had a gym. Breakfast was repetitive but ok. Location was great. Safe and not too crowded by surrounding businesses. Could use a little more cleaning but overall convenient. Ty Extended Stay for having us. :-)
