There was no shuttle from/to airport which is very inconvenient for a facility in such close prosimity to airport. Getting back to airport was a nightmare as Uber/Lyft was not available due to snow conditions. Secondly, the house phone was disconnected from wall outlet and no maint staff to take care. Each time I had to go down to the front desk to request or talk for anything.

Office locked with sign to use phone that didn't work. Supposed to use "invisible" doorbell. Maybe sign to point at "doorbell". No shower curtain, no tub or sink plug making any kind of bathing (including sponge bath) impossible. To be fair I was too busy to complain so they prob would have provided the missing things? Keycard always took 5 min's to work. No NBC on TV? Easy parking and very quiet for such a noisy neighborhood.

i liked how they had an elevator & a grab-n-go breakfast… but i wish they had more amenities or things to do
