Elevator was out of service. There’s a lot of people sitting outside their rooms smoking weed. The property says it’s non-smoking. There was what sounded like gun shots 2 doors down from my room at 4:00am. I heard the person run by right after. Police investigating for a couple hours. Didn’t get any sleep and then was too terrified to sleep the next night. The room itself wasn’t terrible. And it’s unfortunate because my negative experience was mostly due to the clientele.

worst customer service I rarely write reviews, but the front desk manager was so bad I have to give a caution for others in my situation. I had been driving all day and we happened to get to the hotel at 2:30. We had a flight out at 2am so this room was only meant to catch some sleep. the front desk manager would not allow for any exception to check in less than 30 min early.
