I like the parking, friendly staff, and it’s near a mall. It’s a place to just sleep over night.
worst customer service I rarely write reviews, but the front desk manager was so bad I have to give a caution for others in my situation. I had been driving all day and we happened to get to the hotel at 2:30. We had a flight out at 2am so this room was only meant to catch some sleep. the front desk manager would not allow for any exception to check in less than 30 min early. It wasnt that the room was not ready, she just didnt allow it. we were tired and got the joy of sitting in the parking lot watching not the best hotel ... read more
