This is the first time that I experienced a below par experience at an "Extended Stay America Hotel". The staff go through the motions to service the guest, but really not a welcoming feeling like other locations. The room was in good condition, but the floors seemed like they never get cleaned. I walked in the room without shoes or slippers, when I went to take a shower, the tub turned dark brown and extremely dirty.
