not verry comfortable mattress was very hard, pillows are not soft, shower head water flow is very minimal and breakfast is a joke

close to southcenter we were put in a handicap room..idk why..no carpet.. the bed was not a queen as requested. the breakfast had no juices or milk for oatmeal. Very dissappointed in the choices.. we just had coffee..very sad set up.
