Great customer service I called very early in the morning and asked if any rooms were available. I was told yes, placed my booking online, and checked in within the hour all before the standard 3 pm. Because its extended stay there is no daily cleaning. If needed, you have to request the cleaning. My bed sheets had obvious stains on them.

Great hotel minutes for NYC. Great experience. The room was bigger than i thought and i got a really good nights sleep. I didn't use the kitchen but it was very clean nice it was there.

Close to the city The hotel was fine. No complains other then there was no continental breakfast as my reaervation stated. Hotel is right off the highway with meadowlands view.

Smoking room? The hotel is fine and worked well for what I needed. The room given to me was smoking and smelled horrible. I am not a smoker and did not request a smoking room.
