The indoor pool advertised on your website is out of order for about a month now. We were disappointed to find that out when we checked in

its a nice place to stay for the weekend. the pool was not available at the time I went but other than that everything was fine

One of two elevators was out of service and the pool was closed after having a health inspection prior to our arrival. All efficiency suites I have visited over the years have had dishes, cutlery and some pots or pans, this hotel had none of these items. I might add, the location was perfect for visitors to New York City. Buses travelling to the Port Authority near Time Square were frequent and the bus stop was a hundred feet from the hotel. No need to use a car.

Great Stay! Greatest thing about the hotel is the staff, they are excellent! They all go over and beyond to meet your needs and requests. The hotel is older and could use a good deep cleaning and renovation, which I believe they are in the process of. With that said, the rooms are very spacious, the tv's are of good quality with great channel selection and there is a very large courtyard that was great for socializing and getting some fresh air. I would definitely stay here again.
