Everything was great except the water pressure for the shower sucked basically couldn’t show no pressure at all

Unhappy traveler The staff were very nice. The hotel itself a diffrent story. Lets start with when you walk through the front door there are garbage cans collecting water running from the ceiling. Website states free breakfast but hotel said they did not offer breakfast. The room did not have any pots, plates, etc later found out you had to request the items from front desk, room was booked for 4 people only had towels for 2 people had to go to front desk to get supplies. No amenities , pool is closed, gym and no free breakfast as being advertised.

Beds and pillows were great. We had a studio & while it was a bit cramped we only stayed one night. A/c didn't really cool bedroom and room had a moldy smell. Also the hot/cold knobs were crossed both at the sink and shower. The rest of our family stayed in a room down the hall... awesome, no complaints.
