Nice hotel close to Regal Interstate Park 18 At my stay at Great Value me and my fiancé made a bunch of hot lovin' and not a single noise complaint was filed. Two thumbs wayyyyyy up in the air. Thank you Great Value and alll your hard working staff.

The staff was friendly and always helpful. The room was a great bargain at the price. The biggest problem was that my room always smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel was supposed to be smoke free.

good for the price The hotel is very basic, no frills or service but great for a place to sleep at night but you wouldn't want to hang out during the day. No personality and the chair in the room is like string on a rock

A great place to stay Value Place is suitable for traveler who stays over one week. Self-cooking also brings one's spend down a lot. Clean facility with considerate and friendly service makes my stay always comfortable.

clean but noisy The room was clean. People were coming and going all hours of the night. Metal doors slamming all night. Stay away from the exit doors. Take a noise machine if you want to sleep thru the night. Room has no curtains just blinds. Not a big deal. No carpeting.

Spartan - Road Noise - Poor Lighting They don't hide anything. Why pay for amenities you don't use is their moto. Room was newer and clean. Staff very professional. Very near the interstate highway. Too loud for me. Lighting was messed up - either all had to on or none. All ceiling can lights - seemed harsh. Price was right. Will not stay here again.
