Spartan - Road Noise - Poor Lighting They don't hide anything. Why pay for amenities you don't use is their moto. Room was newer and clean. Staff very professional. Very near the interstate highway. Too loud for me. Lighting was messed up - either all had to on or none. All ceiling can lights - seemed harsh. Price was right. Will not stay here again.

I feel so comfortable while staying here! Great! The staffs are no better! I arrived 1 am. Rick did great job checking me in. Anthony is considerate as well. Their manager is also friendly and always willing to be of help. This hotel is suitable for people like me, travelling on business trip but would stay for one week above. Nice, clean and secure hotel. With the exception of one extremely rude member of the staff (Jen), it was a pleasant expereince. All other members of the staff were very helpful and nice. Jen and the regional manager's attitude are the only reason I can't give it a 5 star rating!!

Don't pay for what you don't use. Great neighborhood. Plentiful grocery stores, gas stations, and fast food within a 5 minute drive. Minimalist room with basics for the single/double traveler. Primary negatives are front desk rarely someone was available, had to purchase wifi, and had wood floors therefore you could hear everyone above you moving around.

Good extended stay The hotel staff were very friendly. The room is an extended stay. You pay for the services you want and its a great place. The staff even helped lower the original price for us.

Staff was never at the front desk and the whole building and outside was terribly nasty dirty. I was there 3 months, paying every Friday for 1 week....someone at the front desk messed up my Booking registration and I ended up getting the police 🚔 called on me and kicked out

The whole place was dirty from the time you stepped into the hallway and elevator. We were not in our room for ten minutes before we seen a cockroach running on the wall. Corner of bed frame had a built up pile of hair, food, and dirt. Staff was friendly at check in but that was the only positive thing I can say about our stay. Upon checking in, there no one @ the front desk. After waiting 5-6 minutes. I called the front desk number listed on the counter. I recieved a very rude response. . When he finally arrived he indifferent and no apology. Further my wife is handicapped. I asked the front desk if possible would you assign a room near the front entrance.
