Hallways and elevator constantly smelled like pot and cat urine. There are people living there regularly, including one who was drunk sitting outside. Unfortunately, hardly any "comfortable amenities" for a long-term stay are there, and the front desk is closed overnight, making it difficult to contact when out of supplies or in need of managing the property noise levels and smells. The absolute worst ever. Lied to myself and to a Summit County Sheriff. Stated they had received numerous complaints about a dog continuously barking and they would not be extending their stay. This was stated to myself and to the Sheriff who also witnessed and was able to hear the dog. Then they turned around and didnt move anyone. I would have not renewed my stay if i would have been told they intended on doing nothing about it.

Smells like smoke and says no smoking. No ice machine they have ice trays.

The two gentlemen that work at front desk are kind and helpful. There was a dog that barked non stop for 2 days atraight. Couldnt sleep.

Pretty much a half way house. Poor management, grounds around are littered with trash, empty wine bootles and beer cans.

For me to comment, it has to be terrible! The check in office has boxes laying around and looked very disheveled. When we went through the security door, it smelled so bad. Our room smelled terribly of cat pee and the beds were terrible. I liked that people there were friendly.
