The fire alarm went off around 4:30 am and caused me to leave earlier than I would have. No coffee available.

Our simple approach to lodging means that we offer the basic items and only ask that our guests pay for items that they need or want to use. Since our rooms do include in-room kitchens, many guests enjoy the ability to make their own coffee just the way they like it. hotels.com, update your site Hotels.com said front desk open until midnight. Was closed at 10:45 when we arrived. Took 20 minutes until someone at customer service was able to send the night clerk down.
