I liked the new feel of the property, the parking availabilities, the ease of check in. I did not like the unfriendliness of the male counter clerk. We were in the room for 3 weeks and no one offered to "service" the room and it appeared to have not been swept or damp mopped for a while. The only clean thing was the beds and bathroom except the floor and bath mat. I think they should have put more thought into mattress selection and Steele frames. No maid, breakfast, shampoo, iron, carpets, blow dryer. Very slow internet
What I liked -- close to my two day client engagement. Easy in and out. Plenty of parking. External , hotel key-controlled entry doors conveniently located near your room. What I didn't like -- the room I had is clearly for shorter term stays. The bed "matress " felt like dead cat skeletons wrapped in a sheet. Springy and tough I could not sleep. I did get sleep the second night as I was adjusted The room was SUPER dry so I couldn't breathe.
Right price. Just lacked a touch of experience and was clinical while serviceable.
