The fire alarm went off around 4:30 am and caused me to leave earlier than I would have. No coffee available.

Our simple approach to lodging means that we offer the basic items and only ask that our guests pay for items that they need or want to use. hotels.com, update your site Hotels.com said front desk open until midnight. Was closed at 10:45 when we arrived. Took 20 minutes until someone at customer service was able to send the night clerk down.

Being that we are more of an extended stay - we offer limited front desk hours. We know that this is not what most guests are used to and apologize for any inconvenience that this caused. A lot of other family also stayed during this same time and all of us were very impressed with our entire stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff, every one of them, were an absolute delight! We felt like we were surrounded by even more family.

Bring a dehumidifier, other then that its awesome for the price. The front of the office guy was so so nice and helpful.

Once & Never Again Subpar service. Terribly subpar. Starting with a check-in receptionist that took over 5 minutes to show up, then he had the Audacity to vape right in front of me. One that charades was over, I was almost locked out of the hotel by a door that didn't work and had to call after hours service. Just never again
