My first stay at Wood Spring Suites in Alpharetta I found the property to be clean and comfortable (for the most part). The staff was very welcoming and eager to assist with linen exchanges. My room appeared to be clean but the floor could have used a nice sweeping. The laundry room itself was clean but there was lots of pet hair on and in the washing machines and driers.

The property was priced okay and you get what you pay for and this was my first experience in what I would call an extended stay hotel. The good: The rooms are good sized and the price is cheap. The staff was polite too. You will have cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a small kitchenette with full-size fridge/freezer, sink, microwave and two-burner stove. The not-good: There was a bad odor when exiting the elevator on the 2nd floor. There are no amenities other than vending machines and laundry room ($2 for wash, $2 for dry, $2 for soap... read more
