2 weeks in a row I booked a room with King size bed, which has an additional fee, then when I arrive at hotel they have no rooms with king size bed and they can not refund me the additional fee I paid because I booked through Expedia. If someone books and pays for a room in advance, that room should be available at check in. I can understand a mistake once but two weeks in a row is frustrating.
