The hotel room was smaller than expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We initially had Wifi issues but was given a headquarters number to call to fi it. The number was constantly busy but the live chat aided us in getting online. The convenience to other areas that we visited was great.

good location, poor amenities Hotel is at a good location, has a 24 hour mega grocery store 2 minutes away. A McDonald is across hotel for a quick meal. Unfortunately, hotel does not have ICE MACHINE. Hotel has in room suites with Stove, refrigerator but is not supplied unless you request it. Make sure you request in advance as they have limited supplies. I found that to be unacceptable. Hotel supposedly provided free morning coffee, NO EFFORT to set it up! Don't have any expectations.

Hotel in nice area of Atlanta When I arrived at the hotel after a transatlantic flight, they told me they had no rooms and directed to me to a much poorer hotel 15 miles away for one night, refunding the cost for that night. But the other hotel was much cheaper, half the price, so this wasn't a very good offer. The hotel I eventually stayed in is in a nice area of Atlanta with good road and Marta connections, very quick to mid/downtown. There are also many shops and other services nearby.

Nice hotel close to Emory University Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. Very nice room with a fridge, stove, and microwave. Had a seating area with couch and desk. Nice King size bed. Mattress was a little too firm for my taste but nothing is perfect. The room looked like it had been recently redone with new flooring and paint. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay there again . Very nice area of Atlanta.
