You Get What You Get and Don't Give a Fit! When we needed service for extra towels or pillows we had to go to the front desk. There was a grab and go breakfast. Nothing hot except the hot water for cocoa. If you did not get up super early the limited options became zero to none. The items were never replenished. The pool was out of order for a few days. Better than I expected My experience at ESA was wonderful. My only complaint is that there was a weird smell in my room that never left. The staff was great and the other residents were friendly.

Glad it was only one night Bad hotel in a nice area.The Cleanliness was questionable and the hotel is very understaffed.

Fri & sun managers were lack customer service did not look at you and was very rude not to me but my brother and another guest checking in before us. To the point my brother will not stay there again which means I can not stay there.

Great value for the money. Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Grab and Go breakfast was convenient, exercise room was suitable. Nothing fancy but met my expectations. I would stay here again.
