Excellent experience There are two Extended Stay Americas side by side at this location, which was confusing. Other than that, everything about it was an excellent experience!

Nice Hotel Room is spacy. A little far away from the town. You all have to bring the towels down to change if you want to because they only clean once a week.

You Get What You Get and Don't Give a Fit! When we needed service for extra towels or pillows we had to go to the front desk. There was a grab and go breakfast. Nothing hot except the hot water for cocoa. If you did not get up super early the limited options became zero to none. The items were never replenished. The pool was out of order for a few days. I did not like it when there was no one at the desk. The front-desk workers had to do double duty, the front-desk and laundry. YIKES. It does not give a good impression even ... read more

Better than I expected My experience at ESA was wonderful. My only complaint is that there was a weird smell in my room that never left. The staff was great and the other residents were friendly.

Glad it was only one night Bad hotel in a nice area.The Cleanliness was questionable and the hotel is very understaffed.

Fri & sun managers were lack customer service did not look at you and was very rude not to me but my brother and another guest checking in before us. To the point my brother will not stay there again which means I can not stay there.
