The only issue I had was that they actually made me come downstairs to get a plunger to unclog the toilet in my room.
Not well maintained The light in the room did not work. There was only one set of towels.
This was definitely one of the nicer Extended Stay America's I have stayed in. The room was in very nice condition and very clean. I think they remodeled recently. There are a few very picky picky things they could improve. They should adjust the refrigerator door so the handle is on the right because that is better for the configuration of the kitchenette. Their TV feeds need some maintenance because there were multiple channels that were very staticy. Also, the soap they provide is weird. I had a lot of trouble getting it ... read more
Front desk customer service was good. Albert and Lori were both pleasant at the front desk. Wi fi wasn't very fast though. My room was clean and the 2nd floor was surprisingly quiet
Very nice hotel. Close to shopping and Downtown. Hotel was clean and nicely furnished. Very close to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend to a friend and stay again.
Bare minimum but inexpensive Only the bare necessities were in the room but other items were available if one asked. I didn't mind that because I knew that was reflective of the price. I did think having a refill of toilet paper in the room would have been desirable.

Nice hotel perfect location Wonderful staff. Very pleasant,helpful and accommodating.The location is awesome not to far from Perimeter Mall and other shops. Publix is also right around the corner , and a plethora of other restaurants .
