Formula 1 race weekend Hotel was fairly clean and acceptable. Reasonably priced during F1 race weekend in Austin, TX.

Very pleased! I booked at 7am, and was able to be checked in around 9-10am. Front desk was extremely helpful, very happy with the first impression and courtesy I had been given. When I arrived to my room it was very clean! The hot water didn't work and when I called the front desk she arrived immediately! She found out they were fixing the hot water heater, no biggie it was fixed within an hour. The bed was AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE, I just melted into it..... Clean and friendly staff! What else do you need? It is meant to be an extended stay and at a great price so don't expect fancy! The staff is super friendly and the place is clean! I tried a different place before and regretted not coming here from the beginning! Great place !

Comfort, kitchen, clean, great price Great place at a great price for long-term stay. I spend months on the road across the country. Woodspring is now my first choice when I travel. Management at this location is A++!

Clean Hotel, good for the price I stayed there for 17 days and it's OK. For the price you can't complain at all. It's a long stay hotel so you don't get daily room cleaning, which was good for me. I was on a smoking floor, there wasn't any openings on the non smoking floors, so there was a smell to the room I didn't quite care for. But overall the hotel is clean and I never seen any bugs so I'm glad about that.

No service stay Nice room for the price, had to wait to check in as no-one was attending the front desk. There for 2 nights, no cleaning at all, i had to ask for clean towels after the first night. Don't think i will stay their again.
