I had an altercation with my guest and the hotel staff were more than accomadting.
Nice staff and clean rooms I called to let the staff know we were going to be a late check-in and was told no problem! We got there, and called the number, and were welcomed and checked in. Very nice manager, she was very nice and helpful!
Formula 1 race weekend Hotel was fairly clean and acceptable. Reasonably priced during F1 race weekend in Austin, TX.
Excellent Im from Dallas and i really enjoyed my time there and the receptionist that was there when i first got there was very helpful, bubbly, nice.
Very pleased! I booked at 7am, and was able to be checked in around 9-10am. Front desk was extremely helpful, very happy with the first impression and courtesy I had been given. When I arrived to my room it was very clean! The hot water didn't work and when I called the front desk she arrived immediately! She found out they were fixing the hot water heater, no biggie it was fixed within an hour. The bed was AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE, I just melted into it..... most days we had no hot water, we took cold showers, when we told the front desk, she told us sorry but take showers at night otherwise we couldn't expect to have hot water. we work nights so we needed to shower in the morning
