The hotel was not clean when we checked in it was bugs on our floor also the whole stay we had no lights

Guess lm never gonna stay here I couldn’t check in. Lost my ID and only had an expired one. They wouldn’t accept so l get robbed of my $ l prepaid for the room. Call customer service and got disconnected. Suppose to hear back but nothing so far.

Needs district manager attention immediately Incorect booking when we checked in and then someone randomly use the key card to open our room in the middle of the night because the front desk booked our room twice. And then at 9 in the morning someone came to our door banging on it saying that this room should have been vacant and we had to go downstairs and clear it up. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not worth your money. Didn’t feel safe ! When you walk in lobby to check in, it smelled of oil and gas. It was very discomforting. The rooms need to be updated. The lightning in hallway made it very eerie. I had a strange man knocking at my door at 1am and stood there waiting for me to open door. I waited for him to leave but if he hadn’t i would have called police. After he walked away he ran outside through the exit door right next to my room. Showed up for a reservation and told no rooms available. Orbitz could not find any other rooms and we were forced drive back home. Orbitz also issued a refund and a credit.
