first room smelled of animal urine, rather strong. Placed in another room, it was ok.

Additional facility for comfortable stay The rooms can be supplied with a coffee/tea maker as guests cannot make coffee or tea on the available stove top or microwave without any vessals for heating. The managemnt should not expect that guests who come for business purpose to cary cooking vessals.
