There was a strange odor in the room. The room was very basic. No black out curtains and the towels were extremely thin.

I've been staying at the hotel for the past 2 months off and on just left the hotel clean friendly staff rooms very comfortable for me and my kids overall great experience

Budget stay Rooms were not properly aired after construction. My room had a chemical smell, sort of like paint or cheap furniture. I slept with the window open. These are suites with a full kitchen, but dishes were only available for purchase. First time I’ve ever seen that... they’re usually just there. Wi-fi access is limited to one device. Would definitely stay here again! I stayed for 2 nights while needing to be in town for a business meeting. The hotel is clean (and actually smells pretty nice). The staff was friendly. Room was very well kept and clean. A full-size fridge and freezer in the room was awesome. The local area offers a lot of restaurants, grocery shopping, and food delivery (by Uber Eats). A home away from Home. I felt like I was at home at Wood Springs Suites. The customer service excelled my expectations. The staff went out of their way to make sure my husband and I felt valued and welcomed. I miss my 2nd fam already! The hotel was clean and neat. I will definitely recommend you stay here.
