Had to wait 20 minutes for staff to come to desk for late check in. Window shade does NOT block out light and forget about Hot water, shampoo/conditioner was terrible. Staff barely spoke a word at check in or checkout, no greeting or friendly conversation.

I Loved the cleanliness of the property, the outside and inside was very clean. I also loved the look and feel of the rooms. My biggest disappointment was that it advèrtised a fitness gym online, however there was not any when I arrived, in fact they had a door that had fitness room labeled, but it was the office

Manager does nothing about problems I complain about the cleaning of my he wrote it down but never sent any one to properly clean housekeeper yelled at me the desk person Phil always argued with me about getting the towels I wanted how I made reservations and always told other guests that they were wrong For a New hotel I had several problems with roaches there was a time that I needed to have a conversation with the manager for a whole day I heard he was not there in and out of hotel and by the end of the day after he left ... read more
