Work The staff is very nice and they all greeted me with smiles and they always have an answer for my question about food
Nice hotel with kitchen to cook Very nice hotel, I always look for this chain of hotel when traveling
Good locations easy to get to We had a decent room. It was clean and comfortable. I don't think it was in the best part of town but everything was quiet when we got back at 10 and went to bed,. The only thing we really missed was having a coffee maker which is pretty standard in a hotel.
Great experience! Service was outstanding, everyone was so pleasant and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Kind of wished I had to stay more than one night. Next I have work in Charleston that's where I'm staying !!!

Problem with key card system The hotel was located 8 minutes from my daughter's house, but in an area of warehouses and businesses (rather than other hotels and restaurants). The room was clean, the kitchenette in good working condition, super-fast Wi-fi, and good value for the price. My primary complaint is with the key card system: three times in a two-night stay, the key card would not open either the security door or my room door, and it was a hassle to return to the front desk, call someone (in one instance) and have th... read more
