Convenient and friendly staff We stayed here for 1 night after a concert, perfect for what we needed! The area is a little "rough" as there is a bus stop right in front of the motel, however we did see the manager, or staff, asking bums to leave the property, which they did and were not a problem again. The staff was extremely friendly and the motel was just a few miles from North Charleston Colliseum and Tanger Outlets. everything is close by overall its fair it was fair for the price, the staff is nice the one bed room it's pretty small for 5$ more get the 2 bed

Convenient hotel Area was rather desolate (back side of the mall area). Not a bad place but nothing close (gas, food, etc).

Our stay at the hotel was very good. I have never stayed at a Value Place... If I was ever back in Charleston and needed a place to stay I would definitely stay at Value Place. Very clean .

Hotel Ok, sauber und alles da was man braucht Ich habe hier eine Woche aufgrund einer Geschäftsreise übernachtet. Das Zimmer war Ok. Alles soweit sauber und in Ordnung. Was mich nur gestört hat, war die schlechte Lage. Jeden Abend nach der Arbeit wurde ich mehrmals nach Geld gefragt. Die Gegend war mir zudem nicht ganz geheuer. Daher bin ich nun für die weiteren Nächte umgezogen in das North Value.
