We paydd 60 dollars to check in early and still had to change rooms Gain. Then the toilet was stopped up in this room .we need a credit

The non-smoking room terribly smelled of cigarettes. The rest was just ok

We were driving from Illinois to Florida and were getting very tired. We decided we would get a room in Chattanooga, to rest a bit, before continuing our drive. I felt like I was in a scene from a horror film. First, there was no one available at the front desk, to check us in. We waited in our vehicle, until someone was available. Finally, we were given our room keys and as we entered the room, we realized there were already guests in this hotel room. Roaches! Everywhere. There was continued connection issues with the WIFI signal; and was surprised by the cockroaches on the walls. This possbly was not the fault of the property, which is understandable.

Dirty Place Not clean at all. Service desk gave me wrong key first time. I was set at top floor, so I had to walk all the way back to lobby to get another key (I was very tired from 12 hour drive) room was non smoke but smelled like smoke. Very dirty. Seats stained, and the sink plumping was completely disassembled, so I was forced to wash hands in shower. Bed was some what clean and comfortable. Will not be staying here again. Also no TV.

The place was dirty with no amenities. The shower was cold water never really hot. And it was he loud bang that shook the room every now and then it was a bit unnerving.

The Staff was short tempered and rude. The room was covered in stains and smelled funny. Some of the lights didn’t even work or didn’t have lightbulbs. I ended up changing hotels after my first night. I will never stay there again

Back parking lot was used as party central . Drinking and loud music until 1 AM
