Looks good on outside. Cockroaches inside. Totally infested. The staff was good and money refunded.
I was very disappointed in this room. The carpet was disgusting and stained. The dresser drawer was falling off. There were pink stains all in the bathroom. The room just smelled old and musty.
Well when we arrived we was told there was only one room left and it had a bug problem. We could have it or we could get expedia to find us another hotel. This just sucked after driving down and finally getting to the hotel to find out it was infested and we had to go find another hotel. Very, very inconvenient and very dissatisfied with hotel and expedia for not notifying us of this situation. If they had had our phone number they could have called us before we drove out of our way. Very unhappy!!!
Staff was very friendly and nice. Room had roaches and wasn’t really clean.
There were so many bugs thru out the room. Over the ceiling, bed, carpet, table, chair, blanket, door everywhere. I do have pictures and video. I would like my money back or I’ll challenge from my bank credit card.
Chose the hotel because it was close to airport and I had stayed at Extended Stays. Everything in my room was old and worn out. Trash area and walkways were gross and needed to be hoses down.
The room smelled horrible. Breakfast is a granola bar.
Don't stay here unless you like small rooms Tried to check in, instead got an attitude by the person at the front desk, "How do I know it's MY hotel." despite the address listed on the reservation. Had to call Hotels.com twice before Hotels.com would fax over the reservation even though I had one on hand. Both Extended Stay America and Hotels.com failed.
