The property is in horrible shape and it was very dirty. I've stayed at a lot of Extended Stays that one needs to be updated and sanitized. I could not wait until my trip was over and did not want to stay a minute in the hotel room.
We forgot some of our stuff and the room hasn’t been checked out and the housekeeper took our stuff and lied about it won’t be back to that hotel and one person complained about having ants and there dresser was falling apart and the manager candy was rude and wasn’t helpful at all
I confirmed that I would be arrive at 12:30 and she said no problem by calling. However the hotel was Close when I arrived.
No amenities in room and rather run down. I have stayed in several properties and this was the worst ever. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and a few packages of muffins. Very disappointed.
We arrived at 11:55 PM to check in nobody at the desk it took us 20 minutes to get somebody. They said included breakfast, they did not have any only coffee.
Expedia overbooked the property so we never got a room. Had to sleep in the car.
Expedia let me book this room, but when I went to check in I was told they were overbooked and the person at the desk was very rude.
Thankfully, we were reimbursed the next morning when we rechecked into the office, but when we arrived at 10 pm in the evening for check in we were charged $43 more for the room we registered for online. This was frustrating, and the person at the desk on the night crew didn't offer us another solution. Being late, we paid what was asked (she stated they were sold out) and slept in two double beds (instead of the queen we had reserved), but this didn't need to happen.
