Staff, not available during business hour, nor are they cordial and courteous. the inability to change date, phone attendant not able to make changes, shifting responsibility to hotel staff - while hotel claims shifting to phone attendant. Room phone out of order, shower curtain torn, wall light in room don’t work.
Staff has excellent customer service
It was good, just there was no cooking stuff in the kitchen!

Clean quiet nice just inconvenience that front desk doesn't open until 10a if I wanna leave early hard to check out kind of
