Very nice place easy to get to
Clientele was disturbing. From what was told to us this is a residential place now. None of the normal amenities you expect at an Extened Stay.
The Manager on Duty was amazing
Downers grove extended stay was excellent
Staff, not available during business hour, nor are they cordial and courteous. the inability to change date, phone attendant not able to make changes, shifting responsibility to hotel staff - while hotel claims shifting to phone attendant. Room phone out of order, shower curtain torn, wall light in room don’t work.
