ESA Chicago-Downers Grove Stay The pillow smelled real bad like body oder, when I called down to the front desk about it I was told I had to brin them down and they would exchange them for clean pillows and pillow cases. I had to get dressed to go down and get fresh pillows and they stilled smelled bad. I have asthma so I am very senceative to smells. not impressed Stayed two days. 2nd day Room was not cleaned, bed was not made and new bath towels were not given. Smell of bad food in hallway

Not very clean with possible bedbugs!! Had stained carpets throughout hotel. Yikes! This hotel needs an update or remodeling! Good thing I didn't stay there long. It did have a fridge and stove and a coffee maker and coffee pack but no sugar or creamer packs. I was also told to park in the FRONT because of recent car break-ins in the backside parking lot of hotel even though they gave me a room way on the backside of the hotel, which is a very long walk!?? AND then there were bedbugs or something making me itch in the bed..?... read more

Old and Poorly Maintained You can get a decent nights sleep but the hotel is old and poorly maintained. It has the old punch card entry system which barely works and the rooms are not very clean. Linens and towels were clean but floors and shower were not.
