A nice weekend Nice staff however they should let you know that cleaning is an extra charge.
It is far from Downtown Chicago. It is far from Downtown Chicago. The room is OK. Breakfast is grab and go, not much food there.
Close to everything The room was nice and clean but the hallways smelled bad like mildew other then that it was nice

Home away from home very satisfied in all aspect, cleanliness of the room, hallway and the appliances and friendly staff.
The place is very clean and the staff are very accomodating. Overall I am satisfied as to the cleanliness and the staff. Too bad it is a little far from my intended destinations. I will still come back and consider this place for future accomodation booking.
Outstanding I had to stay due to a snow storm, and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. They were friendly when I called, I assume the manager who was absolutely lovely. She even remembered what I needed 6 hours later when I was finally able to check in. The staff I met were awesome to deal with, check in was quick. Check out was even faster. I will definitely choose this hotel ANYTIME I need to stay in the area. Thank you!- Shelbe
