Good Hotel Room is pretty big. The bed was kind of uncomfortable. But its cheap and in a good location.

Deal Overall my stay was good. The only issue I had was that my room had a slight stufffy/stale smell. I believe this was because the air was off when I arrived and the curtains were opening making the room very warm. Nothing that can not be corrected or dealt with.

Convenience to Alexian Field Checked in late; staff was very nice. Did not have a single queen bed left; was 'upgraded' to 2 doubles, but in a smoking room. Had to open the window and turn on the air for a while before we were not a conscious of the smoke smell anymore.

Overall Outstanding but Pleading for Soap The room was immaculate. Everything worked - kitchen appliances, fridge, TV, lights, etc. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, pillows were great and the linens were excellent. The hotel was also unbelievably quiet - no TV noise from other rooms, loud voices in the hall or doors slamming. Water was hot and plentiful. Quality budget hotel, mediocre room Staff was friendly and welcoming, room was average, liked the kitchen area (fridge, microwave, etc) and the fact that they provide some dishware that's eco-friendly (i.e., not disposable stuff). Bathroom and tv were sufficient, but the bed wasn't very comfy and the room was so stuffy we had a hard time sleeping. Opening the window wasn't a great option due to the traffic noise on Lake St/20 and the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway. I read other reviews of this hotel before staying here people need ... read more

Good Price... concerned about cleanliness I checked into the hotel and there was garbaged left from the previous guest. I was wondering all weekend, "What else did they miss?" There were stains on the chair, carpet, and bedding. But, the staff was kind and eager to please and the price was right. Love the full fridge and microwave.
