Awesome staff We went for my nephew's graduation and we were at a great location, just 10 minutes from the event center (church)! The location was convenient for our needs. We had great service from the staff, even though we checked in very late (1:30 am). The staff on all shifts was very friendly. We had problems the first couple of days with our room key, but the staff attended to our needs quickly. Wedding trip The front personnel needs more customer service. They were not friendly and when questions where asked they look that we were interrupting them. Also a couple times that we were in and out no one was in the front. We think that is not safe. Room was clean and big but uncomfortable bed. Also with the rates you should provide a better breakfast instead grab and go breakfast.
Excellent staff and facility. During our stay over New Year's Eve, Julie was particularly friendly and helpful in helping us to find our room and obtain the necessary appliances for our personal comfort.
Pleased Pleasantly pleased with the hotel. Staff gracious and room was warm, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. A bit difficult to get into parking lot because of the road configuration, but not hotel's fault.
Clean accommodations for the price. Would have liked more amenities. One bar soap. Period.
