friendly staff it was nothing spectacular but no complaints either it was definitely comfortable and relaxing with the family. You can not expect much but a friendly staff and a clean environment dealing with a 3 star hotel. A good stay for the price would come again if I had to.

Customer service???? The extended stay name is one I always look for. Very affordable, dependable, and comfortable. Upon our arrival the door was locked. We had to wait to be buzzed in after our last name was given to confirm that we did have a reservation. After being buzzed in, the person behind the counter looked very disheveled & was not very friendly. She did not greet us or even look at us for that matter.
