Customer service???? The extended stay name is one I always look for. Very affordable, dependable, and comfortable. Upon our arrival the door was locked. We had to wait to be buzzed in after our last name was given to confirm that we did have a reservation. After being buzzed in, the person behind the counter looked very disheveled & was not very friendly. She did not greet us or even look at us for that matter. Overall the service and hotel were fine. The wind made an unbearable whistling noise through the hvac unit. Made sleeping next to impossible

Comfortable and clean hotel Highly recommend this hotel if your spending a night or two and our on a budget. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very clean and convenient We only needed to stay one nite, but this would be great for multiple nights. Nice kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space. We saw that some college students were using the hotel and were very happy with their stay. Definitely would recommend the hotel.

Nice and comfortable for the price The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room amenities were not in the room (coffee pot, dishes,etc) but were immediately available from the front desk. All in all, not a bad place to use as a base for sightseeing around Chicago.

Very affordable and comfortable. In town one night for business. Clean facility. Staff were cordial and efficient. I would recommend this hotel.
