better than average given to the price generally speaking, the hotel is pretty good especially it only costs me less than 80 bucks as I had some discounts travel agency. Room is fairly clean and the location is wonderful, very close to the airport. It's shuttle bus staff is kind and helpful. The reception on the other hand is a little annoyed, I feel, I hope they are not annoyed with me. Short stay for a ballgame Hotel was OK. Room was clean and confortable. Van from ORD is only once per hour and stops at 10pm. Breakfast " grab and go" was a joke, so don't waste your time. Location was ok, a short cab ride anywhere. Food nearby but not even snack or vending on property. Not staying here again unless there is no other option.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in!!! I have no complaints at all. Very nice customer service! The cleanest hotel I have been in and I have stayed in too many to count over the last 15 years. I would absolutely stay again even if it meant I had to drive further away, it would be well worth it. Trust me you will not be dissappointed if you stay here :) I could go on and on, but no need to, you will love it. Very nice. Clean. Staff had good suggestions for transportation. Only thing that I did not care for, it says breakfast included although it was only muffins and coffe and fruit

Chicago trip It was just a short overnight stay but the room was fantastic clean and quiet. Ruby at the front desk could not have been any friendlier and helpful.

Not what I ordered Reserved a non-smoking room with King bed. Received queen bed in a non-smoking room next to a smoking room. Was not happy.
