family stay The room was very nice and clean and staff was nice. Overall good experience
Mini vacation !! Nice place! Close to the city! Grab and go breakfast very good!
Good value Safe neighborhood, nice building, clean updated room, good parking spaces. Close to Target: you can walk on a good day. Take advantage of the free hourly shuttle to O'Hare airport. I was there for 3 days and no one took out the trash so make sure you do that daily so your room does not smell like food when you return for the day. There is no lounge/lobby for your friends to hang out.
Close to area restaurants and shops in Rosemont The hotel was a decent place to stay for the night. The staff checking in and checking out were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is grab-and-go, nothing fancy. The room was very comfortable with plenty of room to move around. However, housekeeping could have done a better job. I found hairs in the tub and on the shower curtain before it was used by my family, and the faucet in the kitchen area was dirty. The Staff was awesome at check in.. The front desk was a great staff,very promp,quick,nice,never a problem..super attentiveness very happy..
Good room Not enough clean washcloths, and towels, etc. were a little rough, but all-in-all, it was a very comfortable room and convenient location. Wish more sidewalks had been cleared of snow, for easier walk to and from the Allstate Arena for concert there.

Good value place to stay by Allstate Arena. I paid $85 on V-Day after the Fleetwood Mac concert at Allstate Arena. The room was spacious and clean and was equipped with a fridge, sink and stove. Can't remember if there was an oven or not. There was no ice made and no ice machine so it took a couple hours for ice to freeze FYI for those who like to drink in their rooms.
