It was just ok. There was no ice machine, and the heater was extremely noisy.
Good Good place and good hotel Unfortunately room rates is good, insults or profanity no any problem , personal details, website addresses or phone numbers easy and good.
Nice place for the location Second time to stay here. Nice location near the airport and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was very kind.
The good and bad. The good: Clean room, clean hotel, shuttle service, comfortable room, close to airport, plenty of parking, walking distance to several restaurants. The bad: Shuttle driver did not say one word to anybody as they boarded and unbounded the van, continental breakfast is horrible unless you like apples, granola bars and tasteless muffins.
Perfect location for concert goers & shoppers We stayed whiles seeing a concert at allstate arena. I loved that we could just walk a couple blocks and we were there. No fighting traffic. Very easy to get to hotel from interstate. Also Woodfield mall, Ikea, and Rivers casino were a short drive away.
Fantastic stay! my girlfriend and I went to a concert and decided to stay here for the convenience of being able to walk to the Allstate Arena. We arrived a little early and were told the room wasn't quite ready, which was to be expected, but the hotel manager took my phone number down to call us when the room was ready while we went to lunch. Disappointing One room #103 - Unsanitary bathroom. No attempt on staff to clean it. We did it. One room #104 - Fairly clean. No daily housekeeping
