Perfect location for concert goers & shoppers We stayed whiles seeing a concert at allstate arena. I loved that we could just walk a couple blocks and we were there. No fighting traffic. Very easy to get to hotel from interstate. Also Woodfield mall, Ikea, and Rivers casino were a short drive away.
Fantastic stay! my girlfriend and I went to a concert and decided to stay here for the convenience of being able to walk to the Allstate Arena. We arrived a little early and were told the room wasn't quite ready, which was to be expected, but the hotel manager took my phone number down to call us when the room was ready while we went to lunch. nice room, but substandard continental breakfast- basically basket of muffins/granola bars/fruit and coffee, nowhere to sit
S'Ok It was good, not great, not bad, but good. Location is good for the airport, that's about it.

I didnt realize that housekeeping is only once a week, I stayed for 8 days and only got fresh towels on the 7th day and had to make the bed myself, not a major problem but there were cheaper hotels that service the rooms daily
Nice place for the money and location The property is close to the airport and priced reasonably when considering the location and surrounding competition. The amenities are few as it is not a full-service hotel, but restaurants both pricey and economical of all types abound in the area. For the road warrior needing to position for work in the Des Plaines/Rosemont area it is quite acceptable.
Disappointing One room #103 - Unsanitary bathroom. No attempt on staff to clean it. We did it. One room #104 - Fairly clean. No daily housekeeping
