Great deal for a suite convenient to OHare Very good deal for the money — the facility could use some simple upgrades (eg, poster offer ended 2017) but it was a lot of space and a kitchen. Mitsuwa Japanese Marketplace was so close — what a treat to have Japanese food and goods available!!

Comfortable, conveniently located, great staff Nice place! The folks at the front desk were friendly and asked if we needed anything when we walked by the desk. The hotel is conveniently located near I-90 and I-290. While we could see I-90 traffic from our window, we barely heard it inside the room. It's only a few minutes' drive from Whole Foods, which we found quite convenient. And the price is reasonable, particularly given Chicagoland's high lodging prices. Thanks very much!

They had no record of my reservation upon my arrival. I produced my confirmation information and was able to get the room but then I also had to pay at that time when I'm fairly certain I chose the pay now option as I was using the company credit card at that time. I knew if I didn't pay now while online I would have to use my personal card at time of check in, which is exactly what happened. Bottom line I was able to stay at the hotel but had they been full the story would have had a different ending.
