Good value for the area Good value for the area. Check in area had a pet odor but hallways and room were fine. "Grab n Go Breakfast" consisted of plastic wrapped muffins and granola bars.

Great value & location Great service, the front desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! We had a great stay, very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was grab-and-go but worked well for us. The room was big and the kitchen area was very big.

Decent but no Kitchenware in the room kitchens. Very decent but there are no dishes, utinels etc in the room kitchens..

Nice place with family or business trip Everything is good at reasonable price except breakfast. They put free breakfast online but it’s not a breakfast which had coffee

Great deal for a suite convenient to OHare Very good deal for the money — the facility could use some simple upgrades (eg, poster offer ended 2017) but it was a lot of space and a kitchen. Mitsuwa Japanese Marketplace was so close — what a treat to have Japanese food and goods available!!
